We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Admin + Business Management Associate to support daily office operations and assist management in business coordination. The role involves administrative responsibilities, inter-department coordination, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations, documentation, and filing
- Handle office supplies, inventory, courier & vendor coordination
- Manage inward and outward communication professionally
- Business Management Support
- Assist management with follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and basic reports
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, operations, and accounts teams
- Assist in scheduling meetings and business activities
- Communication & Coordination
- Maintain smooth internal communication
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners when required
- Schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tasks
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare basic MIS reports and daily status updates
- Maintain digital and physical records
- Assist with invoice tracking and administrative paperwork
- Sales & Operations Support
- Assist in quotations, order coordination, and backend updates
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams
- Support marketing and business development activities
