About the Role -
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive with at least 1 year of experience to oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure a well-maintained workplace, and support HR, finance, and IT-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities -
- Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy, well-organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Basic understanding of biometric attendance systems.(Add, update, and remove employee data)
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Handle banking-related tasks such as deposits, paper work and any other kind of documentation that is needed by the Finance team.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers (pantry services, laptop repair, AMC vendors, and vendors for T-shirt printing and preparation of employee welcome kits.
- Coordinate office maintenance, building management, repairs, and IT support when required.
- Monitor basic system security, including office Wi-Fi access.
Required skills -
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of HR and finance administrative processes.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and vendor coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of office IT systems and Wi-Fi management is an advantage.
