Position: Office Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator with 2-4 years of
experience, reporting to the HR Manager, to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with vendors, assist
employees, and maintain a productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Augment Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory efficiently
- Handle front-desk activities, courier dispatch, and visitor management.
- Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistical arrangements when required.
- Assist employees with administrative requests such as ID cards, access passes, and seating arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree , or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office operations, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to ERP or office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
