Job Description

Name of the organization: Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. About the organization – Getfive is a SEBI registered merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Along with the merchant banking division, the firm has also launched AIF – CAT 1.

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office, maintain workplace standards, and support employees with basic infrastructure and facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle reception activities including visitor management and front desk coordination.

·      Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the office premises including furniture, and general infrastructure.

·      Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office.

·      Liaise with vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance, and facility-related services.

·      Address and resolve employee concerns related to cleanliness, electrical appliances, and workspace facilities.

·      Coordinate and manage office meetings, official functions, and ensure discipline and order within the workplace.

·      Maintain and monitor office stationery stock, ensuring timely procurement and availability.

·      Maintain records of administrative expenses and basic documentation related to office management.

Requirements:

·      Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized work environment.

·      Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      Previous experience with vendor handling and office operations.

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to handle routine administrative challenges efficiently.
