Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Chennai. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general clerical duties. The role will also require support for executive administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication channels within the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Email Communication skills
  • Must be Fluent in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience with Google Sheets
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
