Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Handle incoming emails, calls, and official correspondence professionally
Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems
Prepare quotations, client proposals, and presentations as required
Assist in billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
Generate reports (MIS) and maintain data using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for ongoing projects
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
