We are looking for an experienced Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the job market context of India. The Office Admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records management
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the job market context of India
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records management is a plus
