Office Admin Executive (Off Role)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Department Support: Finance, Sales Marketing

Experience: 2-5 years preferred

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Off Role)

Position Overview

The Office Admin Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth daytoday operations across Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain documentation.
  • Handle office communication, emails, and follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Finance Support

  • Assist in invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and basic financial documentation.
  • Support data entry and reconciliation activities as guided by the Finance team.
  • Help maintain expense reports and payment follow-up logs.

Sales Marketing Support

  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for data collection, lead tracking, and MIS updates.
  • Support marketing activities such as event coordination, documentation, and vendor communication.

Documentation Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Draft letters, presentations, and internal communication materials.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and follow-ups.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office:
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Cleaning, Formatting)
  • PowerPoint (Professional presentations, formatting, templates)

ERP Exposure

  • Experience with Oracle will be an added advantage.
  • Good typing speed and comfort with digital tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred ).
  • Additional certification in MS Office will be beneficial.

Salary Range
