Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation, maintenance, and inventory of office computers, printers, and related hardware.
  • Coordinate with IT support vendors for repairs, updates, and procurement.
  • Maintain records of warranties, software licenses, and equipment usage.
  • Provide basic technical support to staff and escalate advanced issues to the IT service provider.
  • Ensure all systems are kept up to date and functioning efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in handling office IT equipment and vendor coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
