Role Description

This is a FT role for an OET Trainer. The OET Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online training sessions, creating and updating course materials, assessing candidates performance, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The trainer will also support learners with language development and exam techniques, ensuring a positive learning experience tailored to the candidates needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching English for specific purposes, including healthcare-related language skills and Occupational English Test (OET) preparation
• Strong expertise in lesson planning, curriculum design, and utilizing interactive teaching methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and actionable feedback
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote teaching and online assessment
• Prior experience in training healthcare professionals or language learners is a strong advantage
• TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent qualification is desirable
