Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementation, eCommerce integrations, and functional configuration in Odoo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business process mapping, client coordination, and basic technical knowledge (Python & XML) to effectively collaborate with the development team.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules including:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounting
- CRM
- HR
- eCommerce
- Handle Odoo eCommerce setup, payment gateway integration, and website configuration.
- Perform gap analysis and coordinate with developers for customizations.
- Basic understanding of Python and XML to review technical feasibility and assist in minor changes.
- Conduct UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Open to client-side visits for requirement gathering, implementation, and support.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills- 36 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.
- Strong ERP process understanding.
- Experience in Odoo eCommerce implementation.
- Basic knowledge of Python and XML.
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Inventory workflows.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site implementation.
Preferred Qualifications- B.Com / BBA / MBA / B.Tech (IT or related field)
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or service industry projects.
- Experience in third-party integrations (payment gateways, logistics, marketplaces) is a plus.
