Odoo Functional Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant based in Rajkot. The Consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, customizing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions, and supporting end-users. Responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, training users, preparing documentation, and working closely with clients to ensure successful deployment. The role will also involve performing system testing and troubleshooting issues to continually optimize the Odoo system based on client feedback.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, or Accounting
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating client needs into technical specifications
• Proficiency in process configurations, testing, and troubleshooting ERP systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills
• Ability to prepare detailed documentation and train end-users on ERP solutions
• Knowledge of basic programming concepts, databases, or technical ERP setups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
