Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and work closely with clients across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3–5+ years of Odoo implementation experience

• Strong functional knowledge of Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, POS and HR

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise

• Strong understanding of standard Odoo functionality, not just custom development

• Ability to conduct client demos, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

• Ability to explain Odoo workflows clearly to non-technical clients

• Ability to determine whether a requirement can be handled through standard Odoo, configuration, Studio/customization or custom development

• Ability to identify when customization is not advisable and recommend standard Odoo workflows

• Experience preparing Functional Requirement Documents, process flows and solution designs

• Experience with UAT, user training and functional troubleshooting

• Ability to work closely with developers and translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Experience with Saudi Arabia localization, VAT and ZATCA is highly preferred

• Arabic and English communication skills are highly preferred

We are looking for someone who can confidently work with clients, understand their business processes, demonstrate Odoo functionality and guide the implementation from requirements through go-live and training.

Location: Saudi Arabia / Remote depending on experience
