We're Hiring: Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Implementer
Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Are you passionate about transforming business processes through smart ERP solutions We're looking for a talented Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer to join our dynamic and fastgrowing team.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, understand their workflows, and translate their needs into seamless Odoo implementations that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and map them to relevant Odoo modules
- Configure & implement Odoo apps: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.
- Lead endtoend project lifecycle: requirement gathering implementation testing training golive
- Work with technical teams for customisations & integrations
- Prepare SRS, process flows, user manuals, and documentation
- Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery
- Provide training & postimplementation support
- Assist in data migration, validation, and deployment
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
MustHave Skills
- 24 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Implementer
- Strong understanding of business processes & ERP concepts
- Handson knowledge of major Odoo modules
- Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills
- Ability to prepare BRDs, GAP analysis & functional documentation
- Experience coordinating with technical teams and managing client expectations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo Partner companies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Basic SQL & troubleshooting knowledge
- Odoo certification
- Experience with global clients & remote implementations.
