Odoo Functional Consultant (1-3 Years)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant at our office in Rajkot. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, mapping business processes to Odoo functionalities, and providing consultation to enhance operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include designing, configuring, and testing Odoo modules such as Finance, CRM, Inventory, and HR. The candidate will also provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of customized solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding, interpreting, and mapping business processes
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Knowledge of Business Processes and Consulting practices to design tailored ERP solutions
• Familiarity with Finance principles and associated ERP modules for client-specific requirements
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage client expectations
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Previous experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
