Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant at our location in Rajkot. The Odoo Functional Consultant will collaborate with clients to refine and implement Odoo ERP solutions, analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement, and ensure seamless module integration. Regular responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, providing end-user support and training, and ensuring the effective communication of project updates between team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes and recommend solutions
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills for client interactions and delivering clear project updates
• Understanding of Business Processes, including operations and workflows, to configure Odoo modules effectively
• Knowledge of Finance and related modules for seamless ERP application
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Odoo ERP systems is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
