Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientedOdoo Developerwith13 years of hands-on experienceto join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Odoo applications to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo modules, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend & frontend).
- Design and implement new features and functionalities as per project requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
- Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in Odoo ERP.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of Odoo applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, testers, business users).
- Provide documentation and technical support for delivered solutions.
Qualifications
- 13 years ofOdoo development experience.
- Strong programming skills inPythonand understanding ofOdoo framework.
- Good knowledge ofPostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.
- Experience withOdoo customization(modules, reports, workflows, access control).
- Familiarity withOdoo Community & Enterprise editions.
- Basic understanding ofREST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Knowledge ofDocker, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding ofbusiness processessuch as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing.
- Experience inOdoo.sh or Odoo SaaS deployments.
