Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Odoo Developer with at least one year of hands-on experience in Odoo Community Edition. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in developing custom modules, workflow automations, and integrations. The role involves working closely with functional teams to design and implement business solutions using Odoo.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community Edition).
- Implement automated workflows, scheduled actions, and custom scripts.
- Customize views, menus, and reports using XML, Python, and QWeb.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external systems with Odoo.
- Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Migrate data between different Odoo versions and external databases if required.
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo development (Community Edition).
- Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and server actions.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and version control (Git).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, or API integrations.
- Knowledge of HRMS, CRM, Accounting, or Inventory modules.
- Experience with REST API and JSON/XML data formats.
