The Role
Zeno is looking for a highly capable, hands-on Odoo Implementation & Process Lead to drive end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization across our operations. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and scaling Odoo across complex and evolving manufacturing workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust system solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and scalability as we grow. You will act as the bridge between business, operations, and technology owning ERP success across manufacturing, inventory, finance, and asset management.
What You'll Do
Odoo Implementation & Ownership: Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, and Fixed Assets. Drive configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs.
Manufacturing & Operations Enablement: Design and implement workflows tailored to dynamic, fast-evolving manufacturing environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production and supply chain processes.
Customization & System Design: Define and execute customization strategies to extend base Odoo modules. Work closely with developers to design process flows, integrations, and enhancements.
Process Transformation: Identify gaps in current processes and lead transformation initiatives within the Odoo ecosystem to improve efficiency, visibility, and control.
Inventory & Asset Management: Build robust inventory management systems including tracking, valuation, and optimization. Oversee fixed asset accounting and lifecycle management within Odoo.
Finance & Accounting Integration: Ensure seamless integration across core accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, cost accounting, and financial reporting within Odoo.
Documentation & SOPs: Translate business requirements into structured implementation plans, SOPs, and detailed documentation to ensure clarity and scalability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution.
Training & Change Management: Lead user training, adoption strategies, and change management initiatives to ensure effective system utilization across teams.
