Sone India is seeking an experienced Odoo 17+ Functional Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience to drive our Odoo ERP implementations and optimizations. This role is crucial for collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules, and providing comprehensive support and training to ensure successful system adoption and business process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo configurations.
• Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Implementation & Deployment: Oversee and participate in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including data migration and integration with third-party applications.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer functional support post-implementation.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new modules, features, and customizations to ensure reliability and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo 16+ versions.
• Functional Knowledge:
• Strong expertise in Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
• Experience with Odoo Studio and module customization.
• Knowledge of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of Odoo.sh and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic SQL queries.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
