What is in it for you

As a Senior Solution Architect IBM ODM, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on experience designing compliant, scalable, and secure solutions for healthcare and life sciences environments.

Responsibilities: -

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather rule logic inputs and clarify use cases.
• Work with crossfunctional and offshore teams for rule development and integration tasks.
• Participate in daily Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and standups.
• Optimize rules for performance and conduct rule flow tuning.
• Integrate ODM decision services with Java/Spring Boot microservices through REST APIs.
• Deploy decision services to support real-time highvolume transactions.
• Perform rule harvesting, BOM/XOM modelling, and create scalable decision services.
• Convert business requirements into decision logic and implement them within ODM.
• Develop and maintain business rules using IBM ODM, including decision tables, action rules, and rule flows.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical skills

• Java 8
• IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) or equivalent rules engine experience
• Spring Boot
• Spring Core
• Hibernate
• Microservices architecture
• Working experience of ODM & Rules Engine for 1012 years at lead level
• Experience in IBM ODM components: Rule Designer, Decision Center, RES
• Experience with Decision Tables, Action Rules, and Rule Flows
• Experience in adding or migrating business rules to IBM ODM and integrating them with Java/Spring Boot microservices
• Ability to convert rules into decision tables, action rules, and rule flows
• Experience deploying scalable Decision Services supporting real-time, highvolume transactions

Good to have skills: -

• Domain Expertise Apply knowledge of US healthcare systems.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization.
