Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via voice calls for domestic customers.
  • Engage in sales-related conversations to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage a blended approach, effectively transitioning between customer service and sales interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall team goals.

Background & Skills:

  • Any Graduate (Fresher) or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written) for domestic customer interaction.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a polite and helpful demeanor.
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and persuade customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a 5-day working week structure.
