This role is focussed on Service Management - the name given to the processes and tools used to manage technology incidents, changes, problems, data and disaster recovery. You will already be familiar with these tools and processes and will build your knowledge in this role to support Service Owners, Product Owners, and the Engineering Mgr to ensure that the Legacy Reporting Platforms continue to provide service to our stakeholders, and we meet regulatory requirements.
Essential capabilities
•Problem solver / investigation skills,
•Position dependent – will have strong experience with one of the following capabilities Oracle ODI/OBIEE, SAS Viya 4
•Exposure to CI/CD and familiar with automation tools like Jenkins, Harness etc
•Collaborates
•Excellent documentation & communication skills
•Strong commitment to quality and auditability
•Problem Solving
•Environment management experience
•3+ years experience in Experience platform support
•Experience in communicating with and influencing peers and stakeholders
•Expertise in designing and building maintainable and scalable end to end data solutions
