About KPI Partners:

KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ODI Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes to support our clients data integration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator to facilitate seamless data integration between various sources and targets.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize existing ODI processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices and ensure data quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ODI and data integration workflows as they arise.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.
  • Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and data mappings to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Data Integrator.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Relevant certifications in ODI or data integration methodologies will be an advantage.
