Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Agra. This on-site role involves assessing clients needs, creating and implementing customized therapy plans, and working closely with children, adolescents, and their families to help improve their functional abilities. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide rehabilitation services, and maintain documentation of clients progress. The role also involves educating parents and caregivers to support clients continuous development at home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and practices, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation approaches
• Knowledge of pediatrics and the unique needs of children and adolescents
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Appropriate licensure or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
