Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Hosur. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide therapy for children with autism and related disabilities while focusing on developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care abilities. Key responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, collaborating with other professionals and families, conducting evaluations, and monitoring progress to promote each child's development and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and related techniques
• Familiarity with medical practices and experience working in Pediatrics
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, families, and children
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to working with children with autism and related disabilities
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Occupational Therapy or related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Hosur
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
