Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, or MSW professional at Bengaluru. The role involves providing client-focused therapeutic interventions including assessment, treatment planning, and individual or group therapy sessions. The professional will work with clients, primarily in pediatric settings, to support development, rehabilitation, and well-being. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, collaborating with families, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in disciplines such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or MSW, with a relevant degree or certification.
• Strong skills in Rehabilitation with experience developing and implementing therapeutic intervention plans.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in Pediatrics, showcasing an ability to adapt approaches to suit young clients needs.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment for integrated client care.
