Occupational Therapist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty clinic providing multi-disciplinary intervention for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The center offers world-class services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, or learning disabilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, utilizing various therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Engaging with parents to provide guidance and updates on therapeutic progress is an integral part of the role.

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, with the ability to design and execute therapeutic interventions
• Knowledge in Pediatrics, with experience in addressing developmental delays and related challenges
• Skills in Rehabilitation to support children in achieving their optimal level of functioning
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with children, parents, and the healthcare team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with valid certification and licensure
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach, and excellent observational skills
• Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare or therapeutic setting is a plus
