Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Chennai. The responsibilities include evaluating patients physical and cognitive conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve daily functioning and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, document patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed. Engaging with patients and their families to enhance understanding and participation in the therapeutic process is also a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Basic understanding of medical concepts relevant to therapy and treatment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members
• Experience or specialization in Pediatrics is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
