Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Chennai. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for creating and implementing customized therapy plans based on client evaluations. Daily tasks will include assessing client needs, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. The role also involves regular communication with families to provide progress updates and education to support continued development at home.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment and treatment planning
• Experience in pediatric care and familiarity with rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of medical and therapeutic principles, along with a passion for working in rehabilitation
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience working with children and adults with special needs or neurological conditions is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing the highest level of care
