Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Navi Mumbai. The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat patients, developing individualized therapy plans to support recovery and improve daily living skills. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with patients to improve physical and cognitive functioning, applying therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Documentation of progress and periodic reviews will also be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, with a strong understanding of best practices in medicine and rehabilitation
• Experience or willingness to work with adult populations
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to create and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Relevant certifications and licenses required for practice as an Occupational Therapist in India
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is an advantage
