Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a part-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients needs, develop personalized therapeutic plans, and deliver treatments to help individuals improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Other responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, providing progress reports, working with pediatric and adult patients, and ensuring a high standard of care for rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications

BOT/MOT

• Proficiency in working with adult patients and designing specific therapeutic programs
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with medical teams
• Certification or degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in rehabilitation for conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's, or spinal injuries is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to patient care
