Vacancy: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Location:Sprouts Child Developmental Centre, Sector 45, Gurgaon (Near Millennium City Centre Metro)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children to enhance their fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, play, and social participation through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalised occupational therapy programs targeting developmental goals.
  • Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions, including sensory integration techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, families, and schools to support holistic child development.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to continue therapy progress at home and in community settings.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, write detailed reports, and monitor treatment progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Expertise in Sensory Integration techniques and approaches
  • Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and handling therapeutic interventions
  • Specialised experience in Paediatrics and Early Intervention
  • Experience and passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certification or licensing as a practising Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams is an advantage
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
