Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and evaluating children with developmental disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to enhance their daily living, motor, and sensory skills. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach and work closely with families to provide guidance and support for achieving developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy techniques and interventions.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and pediatric healthcare.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Familiarity with practices and advancements in treatment of developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passion for working with children and ability to build a positive rapport with diverse families.
• Previous experience in pediatric therapy is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to staying informed about evidence-based practices and developments in the field.
