Job Description

Assess children with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other conditions
Develop individualized Occupational Therapy (OT) treatment plans based on clinical evaluation
Conduct therapy sessions focusing on:
Fine motor skills
Gross motor coordination
Sensory integration
Activities of daily living (ADL)
Use evidence-based therapy techniques and tools
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (Speech Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators).
Educate and guide parents on home-based therapy programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and case notes.
Participate in case discussions, review meetings, and center activities.
Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
