Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist position located in New Delhi. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of children with developmental disabilities. Daily responsibilities include working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring progress, guiding caregivers on home programs, and maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions. The role also involves adapting therapeutic plans based on each child's progress and needs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics
  • Knowledge of Medicine related to developmental disabilities and therapy
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
  • Compassion, patience, and a child-centered approach to therapy
  • Experience in designing individualized therapy programs is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Relevant licensure or certification as required by healthcare standards
  • Flexibility to work on-site and address diverse developmental needs
