Job Description

Act as a liaison with client and vendor site contacts to collect and update occupancy and space data
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Manage and update CAFM/IWMS systems with building, floor, employee, and organizational data
Conduct regular data audits, validations, and corrections as per governance standards
Ensure adherence to space data standards such as BOMA and OSCRE
Identify and resolve data integrity issues including seating and allocation discrepancies
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on occupancy, vacancy, density, and utilization
Support ad-hoc reporting and data queries from CAFM/IWMS systems
Test system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot application issues
Train end users on CAFM/IWMS usage for occupancy and space management processes
Ensure readiness of data for benchmarking and dashboard reporting
