We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Astrologer to join our team and offer personalized consultations to clients via virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct astrology consultations with clients through video calls to understand their needs.
Analyze birth charts and recommend appropriate gemstones based on planetary alignments.
Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English during consultations.
Collaborate with the gemstone advisory/sales team to align astrological insights with product offerings.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all client interactions.
Document key consultation points and follow up with clients when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
57 years of experience as a professional astrologer (Vedic astrology preferred).
Proficient in interpreting birth charts and offering gemstone-based solutions.
Comfortable with video conferencing tools and online communication platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience with online consultation or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to build client trust and provide a positive consultation experience.
