Job Description

  • Make reservations for planned travel, including hotels, airlines, and other transportation.
  • Follow up with clients regarding travel plans and make adjustments as required.
  • Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other client rewards.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Advise current and prospective clients on destination options, providing pros and cons for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with clients points of contact in the days leading up to events or arrangements.
  • For international travel roles, maintain comprehensive knowledge and awareness of international destinations and related travel aspects.
