Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OBGY Registrar (MBBS & DGO/DNB/MS) located in the Pune Division. The registrar will be responsible for managing patient care, assisting in labor and delivery, conducting rounds, and ensuring comprehensive pre-natal, post-natal, and gynecological care. They will collaborate with the medical team for case discussions, emergency management, and perform surgical procedures as required. Additionally, the role involves documenting patient records, complying with hospital protocols, and actively participating in training and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications
  • Medical qualifications: MBBS with additional specialization such as DGO/DNB/MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Clinical skills: Proficiency in labor management, delivery procedures, and gynecological surgeries.
  • Patient care: Strong skills in pre-natal and post-natal care, along with excellent diagnostic and treatment abilities for women's health.
  • Team collaboration and communication: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Administrative and compliance: Familiarity with medical documentation, hospital protocols, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Additional expertise in handling high-risk pregnancies and complex cases is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities and emergency cases as required.
  • Commitment to professional development through continuous learning and training programs.
