Job Title: O2C Specialist | Pune | 2+ Years Experience | 24/7 Shifts | Immediate Joiners

Job Description

We are hiring O2C Specialists with strong experience in Order-to-Cash operations. Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant experience in O2C or similar domains and should be open to 24/7 rotational shifts. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes: order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
Preparing and reviewing customer invoices with accuracy.
Managing collections follow-ups and ensuring timely customer payments.
Performing cash application, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in customer accounts.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve O2C-related issues.
Ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and process compliance.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Billing / Cash Application / Collections.
Good understanding of the complete O2C cycle.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
Experience working on ERP tools (SAP/Oracle or similar preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
