Job Summary:

The OTC Team Lead will oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring efficient order processing, billing, payment management, collections, and reconciliation. This role requires strong expertise in customer master data maintenance, inventory management, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Order Management:

• Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
• Book and manage retail statements.

Billing, Payments & Collections:

• Oversee billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage payments and receipts, ensuring proper allocation.
• Drive collections process, reducing outstanding receivables.
• Handle dispute resolution to minimize delays in payments.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Generate turnover reports and provide insights on sales performance.

Inventory & Compliance:

• Manage inventory records and ensure alignment with financial transactions.
• Handle audit requests, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in OTC, AR, or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of order processing, billing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 12 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
