Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Collections, Credit Management, and dispute management
- Closely monitor the aging and drive DSO to meet the targets
- Ensure collection targets of self and the team are achieved
- Identify root causes, research, proactively find solutions, and document conclusions
- Build strong rapport to go above and beyond in serving customers
- Bring business decisions to the forefront
- Work to identify current and future risks and propose controls to mitigate them
- Lead a team of 10–15 associates
- Monitor daily deliverables / SLAs and ensure all necessary MIS reports are aligned
- Manage and resolve issues
- Maintain strong coordination with internal clients / business partners
- Demonstrate experience in working with overseas clients and transitions
- Support hiring / recruitment / training of new hires
- Drive daily and weekly business operations across departments and work with global teams
- Show ownership and passion to motivate / mentor the team
Requirements / Qualifications
- B.Com / BBA / MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience handling AR processes like cash application, billing, and collections
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle
- Experience handling international customers with strong communication skills and customer focus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials E-Business Suite & Fusion
- Knowledge of collections or cash application tools like HighRadius is preferred
- Sound understanding of SOX controls
- Self-driven and self-governed
- Open to working in US shifts
