Job Description

Aster Medcity is looking for Nutritionist.Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Conducting patient assessments to identify nutritional needs, dietary requirements, and potential health risks
Developing personalized meal plans and dietary recommendations based on patient needs and goals
Educating patients and clients about healthy eating habits, nutrition, and the relationship between diet and health
Monitoring patients progress and making adjustments to meal plans as needed
Conducting research on nutrition and health trends to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote healthy eating and lifestyle habits
Providing guidance and support to patients with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and digestive disorders
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress
