About The Role
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Nutritionist who can go beyond consultations and actively contribute to business growth, client outcomes, and on-ground expansion. This is a
field-heavy, high-responsibility role where you will work directly with clients, doctors, and institutions.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling client nutrition journeys, executing B2B events, building healthcare partnerships, and supporting new product deployments. This role demands strong practical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Events & B2B Execution
- Conduct 10+ events per month across corporates, colleges, hospitals, and communities
- Deliver workshops on nutrition, lifestyle disorders, and preventive healthcare
- Represent Kefilo & HiWox in on-ground activations and awareness programs
- Client Management & Follow-ups
- Manage and assist offline clients with personalized nutrition plans
- Ensure regular follow-ups and track client progress
- Drive client retention and transformation outcomes
- Doctor & Partner Collaboration
- Reach out to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals for collaborations
- Build and maintain strong referral networks
- Support integration of nutrition services into clinical setups
- Product Deployment
- Assist in launching and executing new products and services
- Collect on-ground feedback and improve offerings
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth implementation
Work Structure
- 7080% Field Work | 2030% Office Work
- 1012 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Frequent travel across Bhubaneswar and nearby areas
Requirements
- 25 years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietician
- Must have handled 500+ clients (consultations or programs)
- Strong understanding of clinical and lifestyle-based nutrition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (for events)
- Comfortable with field work, travel, and high workload
- Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership
