Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Nutanix Trainer. The Nutanix Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on Nutanix technologies, developing course materials, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure skill development. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest Nutanix updates, providing one-on-one guidance to participants, and continuously enhancing the training curriculum to meet industry standards and client needs.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Nutanix technologies, including HCI and virtualization concepts
- Proven experience in designing and delivering IT training programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools
- Ability to evaluate training outcomes and provide constructive feedback to learners
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address participant questions effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications, such as Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), are highly preferred
- Prior experience in a remote training or education role is an advantage
