Job Title: Nutanix & VMware Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–8 Years

CTC: ₹12–16 LPA (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Nutanix & VMware Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support hyperconverged and virtualized environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Nutanix AOS, AHV/VMware platforms, and strong troubleshooting capabilities in enterprise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Nutanix AOS-based HCI environments
Manage Nutanix AHV hypervisor including VM lifecycle (provisioning, snapshots, upgrades)
Support VMware virtualization using ESXi and vCenter
Perform VM provisioning, expansion, and decommissioning activities
Assist in Nutanix cluster upgrades, patching, and maintenance
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity
Provide support for Cisco UCS-based compute infrastructure
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL)
Work with AIOps tools for monitoring, alerting, and analysis
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Nutanix AOS
Experience with Nutanix AHV or VMware ESXi/vCenter
Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS platforms
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
Understanding of storage and networking concepts
ITIL-based operational experience

Good to Have:

Exposure to AIOps platforms
Experience with Nutanix Prism Central
Knowledge of automation or scripting is a plus

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment
