About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Nursing Incharge with expertise in Incubation (Neonatal Care / NICU) to manage and lead the nursing team. The candidate should be experienced in handling newborn care units and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise NICU / Incubation unit operations
- Provide and oversee care for newborns, including critical cases
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of incubator equipment
- Plan duty rosters and supervise nursing staff
- Coordinate with doctors and medical teams for patient care
- Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
- Experience: 25 years in NICU / Incubation care
- Valid registration with Nursing Council
