Description
- Oversee overall nursing operations across all departments (ICU, OT, Wards, ER, etc.).
- Develop and implement nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor nursing staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Plan staffing, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and other accreditation standards.
