Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Nursing Head for a reputed Hospital in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining nursing protocols as per hospital and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all nursing staff and nursing operations
• Ensure quality patient care and implementation of nursing protocols
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Monitor nursing staff performance, duty rosters, and training
• Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital standards
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient care
• Handle patient and attendant concerns related to nursing services
• Maintain nursing records and reports

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
• Valid Nursing Registration
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Hospital Nursing
• Prior experience in Nursing Administration preferred
